Asset Recovery Associates is a third-party debt collector that is currently based out of Lombard, Illinois.  They also go by the name Financial Credit Service and was started in 2003. “They are relentless in calling. 5-6 calls a day during my working hours. Never leaving a voicemail. I did answer a couple of times. Often no one was there. When I did get someone, they said they were calling about a debt that wasn’t anything I even recalled and my credit report will support this. He did try to use scare tactics mentioning a motion filed in my county which is a complete lie. I did ask them to stop calling me and ended the call.”
