All these are unscrupulous collection methods frowned upon by the FDCPA.

How to cancel a Victoria’s secret credit card

Step 1: Pay all outstanding debts.

Step 2: Get your personal details (name, number, social security number, and why you would like to cancel the card) in order.

Step 3: Call the Victoria Secret credit card customer service at (800)-695-9478 or the special TDD/TTY line at (800)-695-1788 for people with hearing or speech impairments. Give them your personal details, let them know why you will like to cancel your card, and inquire about any charges.

Step 5: Cut the card up and dispose of it safely.
