  • posing as a court officer or misrepresenting their identity
  • threatening arrest or seizure of property for debt repayment
  • engaging in unfair practices, like depositing post-dated checks prematurely, charging interest or fees that exceed the legally sanctioned amount, and using bank numbers to pursue debt collection efforts related to a bank loan.
