“I was told by Robert A**** that if my husband paid $1,422.00 that was half of a Debt he owed to ******** which sold his loan/Title of his vehicle to a third party called ***** ******** That would pay his debit in full and they would release and send his title back to him within 24 hours if not he would owe the full amount plus more because they would e taking him to court they even had an attorney call him by the name of Alan G******** telling him it would cost him like $6000,00 dollars so we put 1,422.00 on my credit card and I have called Robert A**** back asking him where my husbands title is and I’ve been told he just sends out the letter and collects the money for Plaza they send out the title and he stressed to them the importance of getting the title to us. Well they were paid on the 9th of August and my credit card statement came in and still no title the credit card company told me now I have to file a dispute against the so called company. My best advise I would give to a customer never give your credit card information out to anyone over the phone and the attorney now says he is a paralegal.”

“This business contacted me a year ago, and although I was skeptical, I knew I owed the debt. It was an attorney that contacted me from United Check Recovery, and said I had a chance to settle the debt before going to court. I did do diligency and called the company I originally owed the debt to, and although they said they wrote it off from their books, they gave me the number of the collection agency they sold my account to. I called that collection agency who had sold it to yet another agency who sold it to United Check Recovery, so it did map back to them. I made an over the phone agreement to have $100 deducted from my bank account for 13 months. I have now paid it off, and although difficult to find the right number to call (************ or ************.) I got to Samantha who gave me a paid in full letter and will report to the credit bureaus at the end of the month that my debt is satisfied. Samantha even honored what the attorney told me over the phone to reduce my debt by approximately $60 to an even number. I just wanted to share my experience because when I looked it up, I only saw bad things said about them, but this was not my situation.”
