I would like verification on first delinquency because I’m sure this is over the time. Unless this account can be completely verified and have all the correct information on it I would like it deleted from all 3 credit bureaus . If this cannot be provided or this not completely removed from credit reports I will seek legal advice and action .”
“Vance and Huffman LLC has asked that the original creditor ***** ******* ***** to provide us with the supporting documentation regarding the above mentioned account.
